Thai initially trained at the Monash University Pharmacy Faculty and worked as a Pharmacist prior to becoming a General Practitioner. He completed his medical degree at University of QLD and did his training at Royal Brisbane Hospital, Royal Children’s Hospital and The Alfred Hospital.
He developed an interest in sexual health whilst working at the Carlton Clinic, however he enjoys all aspects of General Practice including family health, paediatrics and HIV/ Gay Men’s health. He speaks several languages including Mandarin, Malay, Hokkien and Cantonese. Thai received his Fellowship in General Practice in 2006.

Dr Maria Rodopoulos has worked at Rathdowne Village Medical Centre(RVMC) for 26 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery MB.BS from the University of Melbourne in 1991, followed by a Diploma of Obstetrics DRACOG in 1994 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners RACGP in 1996.
Maria is well versed in all domains of healthcare across all stages of life’s trajectory and has a special interest in Women’s health, general gynecology including cervical screening tests, ante and postnatal care, breast issues, contraception, perimenopause and menopause as well as a special interest in Men’s Health, Aged Care, preventative health outcomes for all ages, Wellness; including mental health and Immunization.
She really enjoys being part of the local North Carlton Community for the last 26 years and the wonderful residents near and far that she has met whilst working at RVMC.
